| Review: I'm tired of people writing comments like this that Fincher is the best. Honestly who cares. We all agree that Fincher is better either Seven or Fight Club, two masterpieces. There is a difference between, say, one of those films and a horrible movie, and people do not seem to understand that. These people did not even make another movie like Scorsese or Spielberg, the fact that these directors do not play Schindler's List or Raging Bull, does not mean that their new material is not good, it's worth seeing. I think it's a stupid way to comment on the film, eliminating the critical reliability. I was lucky enough to catch a checkmark advanced last night and I have to say that at first I was discouraged by two things, some of the reviews I have read and time. However, I am happy to say that I liked this movie a lot. This is a solid suspense thriller pins you to your seat. Being a true story adds a bit of experience, and on the other hand, Fincher was a wonderful job staying true to the story, while adding its own unique flavor to it. Film, like all Fincher films is great, and griddiness darkness of history portrayed in the film is completely visual. I was amazed at the image quality of the Viper, a digital camera with which this film was shot. Many people have criticized this decision, but I respect what you are learning new technologies and making them work. Of course, still no match for the 35 mm, but if the quality of the film does not begin to experiment with it, never will be. Now the reason why this movie is lagging behind Seven and Fight Club, I believe, is because of the problems with the script. They seem to be a little weak at times. Performances were great, especially Robert Downey Jr., but I think this movie is lagging behind when it comes to the actual exploration complex characters that are key to films.So Fincher previous ... My advice to anyone is to ignore most of the negative comments and see the movie for yourself. I heard it's a great story in a significant, very interesting, with great performances and wonderful direction. |
